The staff were most polite and helpfull
If you were attending an event e.g a weddding in Ravello it was a bad choice as it cost 20 Euro each way for a taxi although there is a bus but that may not be around when you need it

The location of this place up the hill from a town nearby was fantastic with a mesmerizing view over the surrounding area and close proximity to a convenient shop and another charming town.

Location was perfect for our purpose of seeing family in Scala. The hotel owner/staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The view from our room and balcony was amazing. The room was basic, but comfortable and had everything we needed. Excellent restaurant in the hotel.
A little noisy. People in the room next door were loud--voices and TV or music, b ut only one night. Also there was a sitting room outside our room with a TV and we had to ask the people watching to turn it down, but that was not a problem when they did. No wireless internet, although we could use the hotel's computer.

There were a multi-channel television, a seating area, and ironing facilities in the rooms, which made them great value. The bed was good, the staff were very attentive and incredibly attentive people for both receptionists...

The warm welcome we received upon arrival was truly exceptional. The hosts at Zi'Ntonio went above and beyond to make us feel at home and cater to our every need. The views of Ravello from our room's balcony were breathtaking and made for a memorable breakfast experience. The hotel was also spotless and well-maintained, with daily room cleanings and towel changes. The location in Scala was perfect for our walking holiday, allowing us to explore the stunning villages of the Amalfi Coast and Lattari Mountains. The authentic Italian food served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. Despite a few minor inconveniences with public transportation, we would definitely recommend this beautiful quaint hotel for a memorable stay. the experience at Zi'Ntonio exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return.

Not much to like. Breakfast quality was ok but nothing special. Small upside was the view across to Ravello. See other comments.
The Hotel is not much like the web-site photos depict. Sea view is a tiny triangle of the sea in the far distance. There was no airconditioning in our room, the shower stall was very tiny, the pool closed at 6pm, the room was very small, there is no lift between floors, on-site parking is only 4 spaces so be quick to get one!! No choice of eating place for breakfast. We were stuck in the back of the room near the service door. All rooms are allocated a table for breakfast even when there were empty terrace tables available. Not happy about this! Did not like this hotel at all!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel high above the Amalfi coast. The views were absolutely breathtaking, just as depicted in the pictures. The attention to detail and the cleanliness of the rooms were outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. And the breakfast, served with an amazing view of the Amalfi coast, was simply delicious.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed about the area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything sparkling clean and a delicious breakfast served every morning. The location on a hill overlooking Ravello from Scala was simply breathtaking - the view from my private terrace was a highlight of my trip! Plus, the hotel was very close to the center of town, making it easy to explore.
Couldn't find any faults at all - this hotel was a fantastic choice and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city!
